Returns Policy – Australia
Our team is ready to assist you to resolve problems with your product in the fastest time possible.
We are of course available to help you and we may be obligated to help you under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act as well. You may contact us via the feedback form below.
Prior to returning a product you must send the details of the fault, your date and proof of purchase and you will be provided with a RA number (Return Authority number) and an address in Australian to send the products to. Note that freight to The Cable Ferret Company’s Australian Agent will be at your cost.
Please retain your receipt
In order to obtain any remedy from us, you must provide us with clear proof of purchase date.
Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can be determined by The Cable Ferret Company, we will offer you an exchange, or repair. The available remedy will depend on whether the fault can be remedied and/or whether it amounts to a failure of a substantial character.
Where The Cable Ferret Company finds that there is no fault with the product, or that the product been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or negligent use, we may require you to pay us for any fee incurred by us in connection with the assessment of your product, and the transportation.
Unfortunately, The Cable Ferret Company cannot offer a refund or exchange where there is no fault with the product, or the product has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or negligent use. However in such case, we may offer you repair of your product at your cost.
